It would be nice option to have ability to filter issues (and maybe timelog report) by comparing one issue custom field against project's custom field.
Use case:
Assume that we have one issue custom field that contains information about billable number of hours spent on single issue (X). On the other side at project level we have project's custom field (Y) that contains information about maximum number of hours that are considered as unbillable.
Right now it is not possible to list for example issues that have X > Y.
