Description

This feature extends #13637 (Issue filtering - Adding time (hours) component in date filters)

Another nice feature could be to compare if difference between Created datetime field and Closed datetime field are greater than X hours (here X is arbitrary value again).
Of course other relational operators could be included also.

This interfield filtering might be related to #13635
