Description
Is it possible to have custom field being isolated by project? For example, having a custom field named "Affected Release" which is a List.
In project A, I want it's list is "Release 1, Release 2, Release 3"
In project B, I want it's list is "Release A, Release B, Release C"

If you are specifically asking for 'version' type of field, this is possible out-of-the-box Redmine 1.2.0 and after that. See #2096 for more details.
Please provide feedback as to whether the feature request is satisfied and can this issue be closed? Or should there be more extension of the scope here?

No, not only for version, it could be any kind of project specific list. e.g. components, sub-category, etc.
