Description
I can, somewhat, understand the reasoning to have account related things (pwd, language etc) separated from project related information. But three pages?
I find it very confusing and can never remember which one it is I'm after and usually end up clicking them all. Maybe because I seldom use them, but then again, this might be why...
The pages "My page" (configurable page blocks) and "<user name>" (activity) could easily be merged into one (e.g. having "activity" as a page block), with likely the "My account" page being a sub-page of that, merged page (or vice versa).

Agreed. It is somewhat confusing for new users to have three pages that all mean the same or similar things.
Suggestion:
Rename current "My page" to "My startpage"
Rename current "<user name>" to "My account"
Rename current "My account" to "settings" and organize as a subpage of "<user name>"/(new)"My account"
