Description

'label_per_page' in config/locales/*.yml is not used in current trunk. Probably we can delete it.

The string was introduced in r37 and formaly used in app/views/projects/list_issues.rhtml.
But the file was deleted in r887 and the string 'label_per_page' has not been used after that.
