Steps to reproduce
- create an issue A
- mark it "fixed" (or any "closed" status)
- create another issue B
- add relation "B duplicates A" (so that closing A would close B)
Actual result
A warning says that A is already closed
Desired result
A warning saying that A is already closed + a proposal to close B as well

AFAIK, Redmine core does not have such warning.
