Description

Steps to reproduce
  1. create an issue A
  2. mark it "fixed" (or any "closed" status)
  3. create another issue B
  4. add relation "B duplicates A" (so that closing A would close B)

Actual result
A warning says that A is already closed

Desired result
A warning saying that A is already closed + a proposal to close B as well
