Description
I need redmine to send an email to a specific person when a ticket is overdue by sometime(say 3 days). And if its still not resolved for next 2 days, another email should be sent to some other specified person of next higher level in my organization.
Also is there any option to set due time when I need someone to complete a task by a specific time? For example, I need to set due time of a ticket as 04:00PM today.
