Hi,

I post this modification here because I think it is useful.. Well at least for us :)

After this patch if you create a new issue or change status of an issue or edit(!) an issue, then both author and assigned
user will watch the issue automatically.
Recipients will be watchers plus assigned user will receive mails always. Even if he disabled mail notifications. (It
is our policy.)
Managers will be CCed. This part is not a correct implementation so I commented it out in mailer.rb!

I would love to see something like this in a redmine revision. We miss this feature so much.
