Description
I'm looking for a way to set a "custom field" mandatory to fill before to be allowed to close an issue. You can set a custom field mandatory to fill on creating the issue, but I would like only when closing, it means on creating we can let the field empty.
I tried to set fields permissions on the workflow parameter, but it doesn't make anychanges.
Could someone help me on this?
