Why after?
I suggest to have 2 separate options:
Truncate after one of these lines:
xxxxxxxx
Truncate Before one of these lines:
xxxxx
This way we can target signatures, or email client original message quoting lines.

This feature is required, when people are forwarding emails, and have multiple "disclaimers", which are common use-case in corporate environments.
Actually, having a way to remove part of email message between some lines is what's required...
