Description

Previously, when reposman.rb created an empty repository, navigating to project/repository view yielded 404 error on the page, that there is no entry (and there was link to clone the repository). We observe recently, that empty repositories yield white, 404 error page and the log contains only:

Started GET "/projects/project/repository" for 18….….….…9 at 2018-02-28 06:25:22 -0800
Processing by RepositoriesController#show as HTML
