ruby 2.2 is no longer maintained: https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/news/2018/06/20/support-of-ruby-2-2-has-ended/
Shouldn't we require ruby 2.3?

I am in favor of dropping support for Ruby 2.2. It is not very important to support 4 years old Ruby, I think. And it should be a good news for plugin developers.

Patch committed. We can't drop support for a ruby version in a minor version, so we keep 2.2 for now.
