When you use wiki formatting for inline code like this:
@<sample text>@
you get something like this:
<sample text>
I mean characters "<" and ">" gets translated to entities.
If the text below looks OK, it means the bug was corrected on redmine.org:
<sample text>
No such problem with <bold> or <italic> formatting.
