Editing an existing timelog sets the owner to "me"

When editing an existing timelog of another person, the user who created the timelog should be pre selected and not "me".
If you need to edit another persons timelog, e.g typos in the comment, it happens very fast that you accidentally assign the timelog to yourself.

Please update Redmine to 4.1.1 because this issue was fixed in #32973.
