All LDAP tests are skipped on Redmine build server.

You will find "(Test LDAP server not configured)" in all test results. This means, that no ldap tests was running because of ldap server was not configured or wrong configured. ldap_configured? checks it and failed.
This means at the moment no ldap test is running on redmine.org testing infrastructure.
Solution: Ldap server should be configured on test server.
PS: LDAP tests are skipped on https://gitlab.com/redmine-org/redmine/, too.

Ok, not all tests are skipped, but most of them. All tests which needs a connection to a ldap server.
