Wiki Cleanup: just created user Soe Htet Linn created empty Testing page (potentially will be used for SPAM in the future)
https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/Testing page was created and left empty. As Author's account (https://www.redmine.org/users/680833) was created right before creating this page it could be either unnecessary content or could be used in the future for SPAM.
Looks it should be removed as a part of clean up activity.
