Dear Redmine Team,
Please check in my account I am not able to see administrator tab.

The Redmine installation at httpos://www.redmine.org only serves as the home of the Redmine project. Naturally, we can't provide admin access to everyone.
You can install your own Redmine on your own server however. There, you will have full admin access.
