Bonjour,

Je n'ai pas les droits pour créer des projets, pouvez-vous me les accorder?

To create a new project, you need to be either an Administrator or have a project membership in any project where a role grants you the "Creeate project" permission. If you are a user on a Redmine installation, you can ask an Administrator on this installation to grant you the required permissions.

In any case though, please note that you can't create new projects here on https://www.redmine.org as this is the issue tracker for the Redmine software itself. You can install Redmine on your own server (see RedmineInstall) or use a commercial hosting provider (see CommercialOfferings). On your own Redmine installation, you are then an Administrator and should be able to create new projects.
