I'm log under my account, but I can't manage a new project.
How can I do?

This Redmine installation at https://www.redmine.org is only intended for the development of Redmine itself. It does not allow any custom projects.
As Redmine is open source software, you can host your own Redmine installation on your own servers where you then have admin permissions to create and manage your projects and edit every setting.
