Description

As reported in #41748#note-9 by Georg P, Noto Sans fonts are not applied to the Wiki syntax help pages because the changes made in #41748 were not reflected in wiki_syntax.css and wiki_syntax_detailed.css.

The attached patch updates these files to point to the correct static Noto Sans font files.
