make everyone who is open redmine software, can get the any new Notification like microsoft outlok
we can get notification if there is any new, in my page
it is notification shown in the bottom corner from the dekstop
i wish this feature can updated in new version (0.9.5)

This is a windows specific request that we won't address.
Have redmine send you mails and your mail client to show notifications for similar functionality.
