Show relative dates next to Start/Due date in issue detail view

In the issue detail view, it would be helpful to see how many days ago an issue has started or in how many days an issue is due. This could be shown additionally.
eg.
Start: 2010-09-19 (Tomorrow)
Due date: 2010-09-26 (in 9 days)
or
Start: 2010-09-16 (Yesterday)
Due date: 2010-09-24 (in 1 week)

The requested feature has been implemented for the due date (Not yet for the start date). Redmine 4.1.0 displays "Due in X days" / "X days late" next to the due date (#31499).
