Description

For a stylesheet for our redmine we wanted only icons in the .contextual area. Unfortunately the links don't have title attributes (yet). Here is a patch which should add the title attribute to most links that have an icon class (at least I hope I got all icons located in the .contextual areas). Thus you can use CSS to only show icons and get a textual clue on hover.
