Description
Currently you can only create filters (or even do a search) with just an AND search, therefore limiting the way to group or show results.
It would be very nice to be able to say the relationship could be AND or OR, to build better more complete searches.
A use case would be a search like the one defined at http://www.redmine.org/boards/2/topics/17951 . Basically, let me see all issues that I am assigned to AND watching. If I try to do this search now, it will only let me see those issue that fall into both. If OR was allowed, I could then see everything I want to see.
