Possibility to uncheck all trackers in project which leads to impracticability creating new issue

Description

When creating a new project it is possible to uncheck all check-boxes related to trackers (bug, feature, support) without any warning message. It leads to impossibility to create a new issue and can confuse user. Probably it would be better to validate the page that there is at least one selected tracker.
