Hide the journal details that don't have a note associated by default and add a link to show all details.

Works really well and hides the unimportant information. This should be a standard feature in Redmine.

Please add license information to the plugin! Right now there is no license file or license header. This means the plugin cannot be used freely!

I've not used this plugin, but this more recent fork of it says it works with Redmine 2.2-2.4
