RE-issues-read - Redmine Evolution

To install the plugin, do the following:
- Copy "redmine_unread_issue" to {RAILS_APP}/plugins on your redmine path
- bundle exec rake redmine:plugins NAME=redmine_evolution_badge RAILS_ENV=production
- bundle exec rake redmine:plugins:migrate NAME=redmine_unread_issue RAILS_ENV=production
- Restart Redmine
To uninstall the plugin, do the following:
- Remove folder "redmine_unread_issue" from {RAILS_APP}/plugins on your redmine path
- Restart Redmine
