Hi everyone,

*Planio Redmine Hosting* is growing and we could use a helping hand in the Planio customer support department.

If you know Redmine and enjoy helping out people here in the forums, maybe we should talk.

Requirements

• you speak German and English
• you know Redmine really well from a user's perspective (being familiar w/ RoR & Redmine code is a plus but not required)
• you have a friendly, helpful attitude and "get" what people are asking
• you spend most of your day "online" and are able to respond timely to new requests

How it works

• you can work from anywhere in part-time, i.e. you can but you don't have to work at the Planio offices in Berlin, Germany
• you get access to our Planio helpdesk (powered by the Planio CRM plugin) and respond to tickets helping out our customers
• you help build our knowledge base and FAQ
• (optional) you pick up calls coming in on the customer support line (VOIP) if you are available

What you get

• we pay you by the hour, rates are negociable
• we still pay you when you help out in the official Redmine forums (we see this as one way to contribute back to the community)
• if you are interested, we're open to discuss a sales partnership (beyond the general Planio Partner Program) where you get a commission for every referred customer
