Redmine 4.1.1 on windows

Hello,
i upgrade from a Redmine 1.3 to Redmine 4.1.1.
I works fine localy.
I'm running Windows 2008R2 + HTTPD 2.4
So, now i try to put it online. But none mongrel, thin is working.
Can some one help me here ?

We run it on a normal Windows 10 System and use puma for output...simple as webrick and it runs stable

mongrel is in the past. thin worked in 3.x.x, Now, I use 4.1.1 with puma.

puma -e production -p 3001
    (1-2/2)
