Sending email notification for unkown user

Hello

I use Issue creation via email from anyone without a Redmine account.
Should Redmine send email notification to this user after status change?

It depends on how you have configured the anonymous email reception: if the anonymous "reporters" also automatically get a user account, they should receive an email, if not then no, because redmine doesn't keep track of the reporter then.
