Error in redmine:migrate_from_mantis

Good day.
Today I imported the data from Mantis in Redmine.
And as the result, not all projects from Mantis were imported in Redmine. Why some projects aren't imported?

Various reasons. If you will wait a few more days, I will release an updated migration script.

I have found problem. Problem in Russian letters in the name of projects in Mantiss. I have a little corrected script. It in the enclosed file. Checked job on OpenSoljaris and on Ubuntu. Works.
