How to delete/replace file in a issue

Hi,

I uploaded a localization file in a issue (task). Several days after, I decided to update it because I updated several translated strings. I was unsuccessful in replacing the old file. I also was not able to delete it. So I have two files with the same name now, happily with different dates so it is obvious which one is the actual.

So, I would like to know, how to delete the old file? It is not needed.

There is a button to delete a file if you have the permission to do so, you appear to not have said permission where you are trying to do that though.
