File and Documents: How to change Max Size Limit and Where Stored?

How can I increase the max size of file to upload (from 5MB default) and where are files physically store (under directory that redmine is installed?)

There is a dedicated application setting for this: Attachment max. size

All attachments (this includes files, documents and all other attachments) are physically stored under the Redmine root-directory in ./files.
