How to format wiki tables?

Hi,

I want texts in table cells appear centered in them. How to do this?
Example:

cap1 cap2 long caption cap4
text1 text2 text3 text4

How to make text3 to be centered?

This Column's Contents would be centred
text3

That is done by adding the cell's contents as:

|=. text3 |
