Redmine plugin registry source?

I assume the Plugin Registry on redmine.org is itself a plugin. Is the source available? I need something similar and would like to see how it is implemented.

It's the redmine_plugin_directory plugin (according to the CSS-filename).

Is the source available?

Not that I know of. It's a custom plugin authored by Jean-Philippe Lang for redmine.org itself. I don't know if he's able to share/maintain the plugin publicly.

So Jean-Philippe ... is it? I'm looking for something similar as well. so far the only thing i've beenable to figure out it looks like it's a custom form to just add to a Wiki.
