Description
It would be nice to have a grouping for fields in the issue/new_issue page. A kind of table or section to group similar functional fields.
One possible scenario could be to add a text box into Admin » Custom fields » Issues » New custom field, so that all non-empty would be grouped while rendering Issue page.
