Current translation "作業時間の記録" is a little too long.
I think "作業時間" is better.

Although the translation for "Total estimated time" is "合計予定工数" (proposed in #20729), Current translation for "Total spent time" is "すべての作業時間の記録". It would be better to use similar expression like "合計予定工数" and "合計作業時間" for similar concepts.
