Need some patch to enable emails queue

Description

I'm using redmine on Windows platform (Bitnami), smtp is set on gmail. In case I'm creating a new, the email about it trying to send for more than 50 recipients, so I'm getting an error 452 4.5.3 - too many recipients. Is it possible to develop some patch to make the queue of emails, sending one by one and not by all pack in time? Many thanks!
