Issue list DD-MM-YYYY

Issue detail DD-MM-YYYY

Issue edit MM-DD-YYYY

Issue list and Issue details follows redmine date configuration but issue edit always use the MM-DD-YYYY format.

Please, any advice what I'm doing wrong?
