It is very useful to have an option that allows you to temporarily disable email notifications for users or groups that have permission (aka the Redmine stealth plugin). This especially for Team Leaders who frequently vary the position / priority of the issues of the ToDo lists of their collaborators. In this way, they could avoid intruding a not small number of useless emails.
