There is a serious mistake in the translation - uppercase boolean values are inverted!

> general_text_No: 'Tak'
> general_text_Yes: 'Nie'
> general_text_no: 'nie'
> general_text_yes: 'tak'
>

Should be:

> general_text_No: 'Nie'
> general_text_Yes: 'Tak'
> general_text_no: 'nie'
> general_text_yes: 'tak'
>
