Description
We are using Redmine version 4.1.1 on Ubuntu 18.04 and using it for the last few years without any issues.
Today afternoon it suddenly stoped working, when we tried to start the Redmine it's giving us an error message as below
"/usr/lib/ruby/2.5.0/psych.rb:402:in `parse': (<unknown>): could not find expected ':' while scanning a simple key at line 153 column 3 (Psych::SyntaxError)"
No clue what started causing this issue. Struggling to resolve this.
any help will be much appreciated

Psych in Ruby's YAML parser. It appears that one of the YAML files read by Redmine during startup uses invalid syntax on your server. This is likely one of
config/database.yml
config/configuration.yml
The error occurs because someone has likely edited these files and has introduced some invalid YAML syntax.

Thanks for the response.
Yes, Correct we just got the reason behind and its configuration.yml is missing ":" in one line.
Not sure how the file got changed.
But updating required Syntex to resolve this issue.
