Italian translation update for 5.1-stable

Description
Hello,
first of all, thanks for the great work.
I noticed that in the Italian translation, several sentences were not translated, so I translated them.
I used a simple bash script to reorder the keys based on the en.yml file to simplify the task, I hope it will not be a problem to be able to insert the file into the project.
I am currently testing it in the Redmine server that I manage.
Thank you.
Files
I forgot to mention that the translation is based on the 5.1.3 release.

Since the release of Redmine 5.1 last October, the following strings have been added for the upcoming Redmine 6.0. If possible, could you also provide the Italian translations for these to complete the Italian localization?

- Subject changed from Update of the Italian translation to Italian translation update for 5.1-stable
- Target version set to 5.1.4
Updated the translation in 5.1-stable branch in r23112.
I attach here the updated it.yml file.
I took the version from the trunk and moved the keys from the end of the file to align them with the en.yml file.
While doing so I noticed that the too_simple key was missing which I added and translated.
Thank you.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
Committed the additional translation in r23119. Thank you.
The Italian translation is now 100% completed.
I am very sorry, but there was a mistake in the file that I had to correct.
When I re-checked the file I also translated some sentences that I had missed.
I attach the two new versions, thanks.
