Some words should stay like the original (English)

like Branch (not "Zweig") or Tag (not "Markierung")

Why not use "Zweig"? "Enwicklungszweig" is comonly used!

The German TortoiseSVN manual uses the terms "Zweig" and "Markierung" as well. Alternativ wird auch "Marke" statt "Markierung" benutzt:

Such a ticket should be closed: 1. It should have been posted to the forum anyway. 2. It polutes the issue list. 3. It won't have any consequences. 4. The patch doesn't exist anymore. could introduce a state 'rejected' for such tickets.
