Custom field - Values not captured in History/Follow up

Added by Abirami Mahesh almost 3 years ago

We are currently facing this issue in Redmine:

Any change made to the Redmine provided standard fields like state, priority, due date etc is captured in the History. For example, when a state of an issue is changed from New to In progress, the actual change made to the state is captured in the History/follow up.

However, this is not the case in the custom field that we created. The change in value is not captured in the History/Followup.

Can someone here help fix this issue? Thanks in Advance!

Hello Lorenzo,

Thanks for your response. I had shared my response in the mail. Not sure if you received it. Hence, posting it here once again.

Pls find attached the Redmine Information page.

We have created many custom fields and the formats that we have used is:

1) List
2) Integer
3) Float
4) Link

Hi, your plugins environment is too complex to try to reproduce the issue.
Sorry.
