Description
Total estimated/spent time columns are, along with the estimated/spent time columns, present on the issue list. Simultaneously are their equivalent filters missing as issue query filters available for filtering (on) the issue list.
I think it could be beneficial for users to have these two issue query filters added to the core by default.
